Founder & President
Martin is an Army Veteran who has spent his career with the 143rd and 173rd Airborne as well as with the 104 Cavalry. He also served a combat tour in Uruzgan, Afghanistan from 2011-2012 with the 143rd Airborne.
Martin began serving veterans in his home state of Rhode Island in 2019 working as an SSVF (housing) Case Manager and also working as an evidence coordinator assisting veterans with obtaining their V.A. disability benefits.
While working to obtain his MBA, Martin wanted to continue serving his fellow veterans in any way he could. This drive to serve his brothers and sisters is what led to the founding of the Veteran Stability Initiative in 2023

Board Secretary
Jenna Moser is an attorney, a mother, and the granddaughter of a World War II veteran with whom she lived for almost ten years of her life. Jenna is surrounded by veterans in her family and her friend circle, and has had the opportunity to discuss not only their victories, but also their struggles.
In order to honor her grandfather’s memory and the sacrifices of other veterans in her life, Jenna seeks to help veterans at their most vulnerable, providing them with the resources necessary for a stable lifestyle.
Her compassion and thanks for those who serve our country is her driving force for being a part of the Veteran Stability initiative.
